DASH orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. There is often a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. Some orders can take up to 5 days to leave our warehouse regardless of your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
DASH ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipment from DASH your original shipping fees will not be refunded.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents. (8.25%)
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchanges on SALE merchandise will not be accepted, NO exceptions.
Returns
All sale purchases are final sales. Regular sales must include a tag, original packaging, free of stains, pet hair, and in sellable condition. Water bottles and candles are not returnable. To receive a full refund on your item, they must be returned to DASH within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions. Before sending the product back, you must email returns@shopdashonline.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That number should be imprinted on the front of the package underneath the return address to ensure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.
Exchanges
For exchanges, you could email the same address to process the exchange. It can be easier to make a return and reorder the product as a new order. When sending merchandise back, please insure your package and keep the tracking number.
DASH is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to us.
